In the energy structure in China, the coal resource dominant position. In the process of coal mining production, due to human factors, a variety of mine disaster accident occurred frequently, big miners casualty uncommon. In order to reduce the coal mine production safety accident caused by human factors, so as to ensure coal mine safety, efficient production, establish a modern mine 3D visualization system, to guarantee the safety and raise the level of coal mine production and management, improve production efficiency, speed up the informationalization of the wisdom of mine construction is of great significance.Using Visual C# programming language, combined with SQL Server database, carried out on the 3D CAD software SolidWorks for secondary development, the system sets up a mine 3 d entity model library, and the entity library to load, designs a set of simulation of the mine production suitable for the mine 3 d visualization system modernization.In this paper, by analyzing the current 3D modeling technology and the present situation of the 3D visualization technology, the virtual mine 3D entity model library and 3D visualization system was designed. First of all, it analyzed the virtual mine, and completed the modeling of virtual objects. Second, using the application of Solid Works secondary development technique, it completed on the system core part of the establishment of mine 3D entity model library to realize the portability of mine environment three-dimensional model; And by loading and Settings the entity model, it completed a set of simulated mine 3D visualization system of mine production, to realize the virtual environment of simulation of interactive control part and the coal mine production system.Aiming at the security problems of the coal mining production, combining 3D modeling and 3D visualization technology, and based on SolidWorks secondary development technique, using macro recording coding way, greatly reduced the coding difficulty, improve the efficiency of the development of the system, it designed a more powerful mine 3D visualization system, realistically simulated the complex working environment in mine, for the underground miners safety education training provided a reliable guarantee.
