| The technology of parametric graphic modeling has been one of the research focuses in CAD field study. The structural constraints and dimensional constraints are separately processed in a lot of traditional graphic supporting systems with parametric function so that the algorithm is complicated, the stability of solution is poor and the speed of solution is also poor.Based on analyzing the data structure and realization technology of the existent graphic supporting system developed with exploration and based on the theory of constraint analysis to the degree of freedom, the advantage and practicability of forming fully parametric graphic entity set by means of fully constrained graphic modeling are demonstrated in this paper. The developing strategy to realize dimension and dimensional driving function is determined. The development of basic dimensions for linearity, radius, diameter, angle are completed using object-oriented programming technology. The inter-driving of graphics and dimension are realized.The theory analysis and the examples show the fully parametric graphic modeling and dimension driving method introduced in this paper are stable, reliable and efficient. |
