Research On Visualization Of 3d Mine-map

In recent years, with the development of mining business management modernization, demands of the plan visualization is getting higher and higher. Besides using the necessary plan in the course of mining production and construction, such as surface and underground engineering comparison drawing,mining and excavation plan,industrial square plan and so on. The 3D map modeling gains an increasing attention.2D map cannot be compared with the 3D map in direct production,manufacturing and optimization design of mining. At present, our study on 3D mine-map is at primary stage.With the development of computer graphics, many professional drawing software come into being. Now AutoCAD,MapGIS,EasyMap are widely used in production units. For mining industry units, AutoCAD has won the favor of the masses of user with simple operation,powerful function and good user interface. AutoCAD is a kind of software by which can design and draw 2D/3D plan. It allows users to create,browse,management and print-output figure. AutoCAD is a flexible and opening application system, which provides a lot of opening interfaces. It allows users to do secondary development work in order to meet different needs.This paper uses VBA to enlarge the function of AutoCAD. The content studied includes the following several respect mainly:1).Using VBA enlarge the function of AutoCAD. Developing commands of drawing 2D and 3D mining plane, such as menu customization,line customization,form design and so on.2).Using AutoCAD create 3D roadway model and vertical mine model.3).Realizing 3D mine-map visualization, seen entity model from different angles.
