| The definition language of product based on MBD technology is the new research direction of 3D digital integration of design and manufacture in the future.The technology of 3D dimensions as a key technology of MBD annotates the information of size,dimension tolerance,geometric tolerance,roughness,manufacturing process and product attribute on the 3D model directly,which will build a bridge of information transmission between the design and manufacturing,and will greatly promote the development of integration technology of digital design and manufacturing.Through the research of the digital product definition based on MBD technique system,the core content of the standard specification for 3D digital definition of mechanical product is analyzed and summarized,which contains the information expression of product data,view definitions,data management and dimension information.It has important theoretical significance and value to realize the standardized,normalized and structured 3D dimension based on the 3D definition standard specification of mechanical product on the platform of CAD.Through detailed analysis on the key problems of 3D dimension on the platform of Pro/E,the specification of information expression in the 3D model is summarized and applied to the 3D dimension platform.It keeps the standardization and practicability of the 3D dimension model.Besides,the function of 3D dimension using the secondary development technique of Pro/E meeting the standards has been developed.This function has provided solutions for the data set definition in profound application of MBD technology.The main research context is as follows:1)Through summarizing the standard system of digital product definition based on MBD technology and analyzing the content and features of specification of 3D definition in the standard system of MBD technology,this paper discusses the importance and necessity of promoting the application of 3D dimension.2)Through the study of product data definition based on MBD technology,the core content of the standard specification for 3D digital definition of mechanical product is summarized,which contains the information expression of product data,view definitions,data management and dimension.Thus,the stronger operational expression and the standard specification of product information in the digital definition of 3D model have been presented.3)The detailed solution of view definition,the expression of annotation information and the definition of annotation information have been presented based on Pro/E.4)It has developed the function of 3D dimension through the secondary development technology of Pro/E.The process of 3D dimension contains three main function modules,which are view definition,3D dimension and information control.Thus,it have realized the quick annotation of dimension,tolerance,roughness,geometric tolerance,welding symbols,benchmark and the grouping display control of annotation date set.5)The function of this developed software of 3D dimension has been validated through example.And it realizes the 3D expression of mechanical product information,which will greatly promote the development of MBD technology. |
