Machine vision technology uses a computer to simulate the visual function,determine the size of the measured object information by acquiring and processing the image of the measured object.The use of machine vision technology for part dimension measurement in the machine industry has drawn more and more attention due to its advantages of non-contact,high speed and high degree of automation.In this paper,the dehydration axis is the research object,and the application of machine vision technology and robot technology in the dehydration axis detection process is introduced in detail.The overall design and motion simulation of the dewatering shaft detection system were completed by SolidWorks.The preliminary simulation of the feasibility and reliability of the system was carried out.A set of loading and unloading control system was designed by adopting the classical way of PLC + touch screen.A set of robot motion control program was developed by using EPSON RC + 7.0 software and the trajectory of the robot was planned.Based on the analysis and comparison of several commonly used edge detection algorithms,this paper uses gray morphological filtering algorithm to process the edge of the image,laying the foundation for the subsequent circle fitting.By contrasting with the traditional circle fitting algorithm,a round fitting algorithm based on robust regression is proposed in this paper.This algorithm solves the problem that the circular fitting result is greatly affected by outliers in practice.Using Virtual Studio and Microscan to complete the robot vision software design and debugging,and related technologies such as robot communication has been studied.Based on the above research results,this paper developed a system for dehydration axis detection.After two months of field practical testing,the detection system has overall stable function,the detection accuracy and detection efficiency are greatly increased compared with the traditional manual detection and non-destructive testing of products can be achieved.
