At the same time, this paper takes Shanghai fsa, for example, the analysis on the current situation of informatization development, by means of the analysis of the data, this paper reconstructed its electronic information management system. The system involved in basic management, basic data input, in-out warehouse management, equipment rental, equipment management, inspection and so on. And the research emphasis of this article is the information management system database design, function module design, code design and the safety of the system of the four aspects of content. Because the design of this system is completely follow the existing theoretical research model and implementation, its various performance accord with test were needed, therefore, to design the system is also meets the needs of reality.In addition, this also is the system in basic operations and upgrade of the fsa group company for further exploration, and on how to give full play to the function of the system put forward its own views.
