Design And Implementation Of Instrument And Equipment Management System For Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic College

With the development of the society, the teaching and scientific research work in schools are inseparable from the instruments and equipment. The laboratory constantly expanding, now most of the assets of automated management of university, basically can meet the needs of the school daily equipment management, implement the asset data storage, delete, query and other functions. The instruments and equipment complex, large quantity, amount, repeat purchase, management difficulty is big in Guangzhou panyu polytechnic. The problem is mainly embodied in the asset management of relevant formalities trivial, accounting, basic information input is complex, the problems existing in the management of instruments and equipment for the school has caused great losses. Aiming at the existing problems in the management, the paper designs the instrument and equipment management system for Guangzhou panyu polytechnic. The management system is in based on fully understanding of the problems in the existing development. This system is based on B/S structure, using ASP technology to develop the equipment management system, the system uses SQ L Server 2005 database. The development of this system can fundamentally solve the problems that exist in the sc hool in asset management, and greatly improve the efficiency of asset management.In this paper, the design of instrument equipment management system is divided into 10 functional modules, they are equipment registration, equipment audit, financial accounting, accounting changes, changing application, audit, equipment, query, report printing, system maintenance and whistles. The 10 modules constitute the equipment management system. This article mainly discusses the equipment registration, equipment audit, application for change and change the design of four modules, so this is in part designed only for this design several modules.The research and design content of this paper is as follows:(1) The paper studied the research background and significance of inst rument equipment management system, analysis the instrument equipment management system of domestic and foreign research present situation, combining with Guangzhou panyu vocational technical college’s need for equipment management, get the requirements analysis and general design for equipment management system. First, analysis the life cycle of asset management system, asset management including asset purchase, capital input, the daily management of assets and assets disposal. This four parts includes the whole process of asset management, to achieve effective management of assets. Then analysis the role definition and functional requirements of the system. The general design is done in this paper, we study and design the use cases of the four function modules.(2) On the basis of functional requirements and general design, the detailed design and implementation are done for Guangzhou panyu polytechnic. This part mainly includes server cluster pattern design of the system, system network structure, the main database table,class diagram, the process, the realization of the activity diagram of the system.(3) According to the requirements analysis of the equipment management system, general design, detailed design and implementation, the implementation of the environment and the realization of the interface is introduced. The operation system is Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2000, the system architecture is B/S structure, the database is SQ L Server 2005 database, the main development technology are ASP and ADO object technology.At present, the instrument and equipment management system for Guangzhou panyu polytechnic has been applied in Guangzhou panyu polytechnic, the use of the system improved the efficiency of the school for equipment management, makes the equipment to achieve the effect of value.
