With the accelerated process of social information, the traditional manual office has been unable to meet the requirements of people, high efficiency, low cost, management process both standardized and scientific information management has become a major business unit office of the inevitable trend. How to use the limited resources to carry out scientific, standardized, accurate and efficient management of the huge information is the most important problem to be faced in the management of instruments and equipment in the traffic environment monitoring center station of Yunnan Province.This paper introduces the relevant background of the instrument and equipment management system of traffic environment monitoring center in Yunnan Province, analyzes the business requirement, function requirement and database part of the system, and uses the object-oriented method to model the system. The system mainly includes: Equipment and information management, equipment and equipment procurement management, equipment and equipment personnel management, equipment and equipment management, equipment maintenance management, equipment, equipment management, system management of these seven modules.
