Now there are two situations in the domestic medical market.One is that prevalence rate of some diseases is increasing.Another is that medical level is improving especially the medical imaging technology is developing at full speed.These compel the number of patients increase and mass image information emerge in large numbers.So clinician need to read a great quantity medical image information inevitably. There is a statistics that cultivating a good imaging doctor or specialist needs five to ten years. Therefore facing the status that personnel training is lagging behind, it is a major problem faced by the clinical stage to save doctors’time to diagnose each patient and improve doctors’efficiency.Clinically quantitatively assessing or followeding up the disease is very difficult.Using computer technology and image post-processing technology is extremely urgent. Nowadays there are many abroad clinical reports on the medical image registration and subtraction study. With computer technology upgrading, it can provide the solution.We can combine medical image processing and other auxiliary functions such as computer post-processing and apply it in clinical.By referring to the relevant literature and conducted a large number of experiments this paper devotes to develop an imaging subtraction software and apply it in clinical. We make the software a reasonable self-assessment from the repeatability, the consistency and gold standard. We deal the clinical data of the patients who have brain metastases pituitary tumor cerebral hemorrhage with image registration image subtraction and the threshold segmentation processing to verify the software through comparing it to 3D Slicer and Aquarius iNtuition Edition.The experimentsresults show that the software has good reproducibility and consistency. It has relatively stable performance and requires low hardware. The results are basically accurate and reliable. It needs easy operation so that doctors can learn and operate easily. It is also timesaving so that it can effectively save doctors’ time on each patient’s diagnosis and improve the doctors’efficiency. In summary the software can meet the needs of clinicians. It is very ideal for clinical use.
