Due to the use of the computer that makes people in management, service and application, and other fields become more convenient and quick, favorable improve work efficiency. Today’s work has been inseparable with the computer, the computer in the enterprise management, office automation, paperless, etc to be universal application, deeply the welcome of people.This article is in strict accordance with the software engineering principle, to logistics and distribution management system for the system requirements, the system analysis, system design, database design and system test for detail. The system function module includes: cargo information management; Goods extraction condition management; Site information management; Vehicle information management; finally, the personnel management. In this paper the function module are introduced in detail, so users can quick understanding of this system and realize the application. System development tool use is vs2005 version; database is SQL server2005 version, the software version and is not the latest advantage is good stability.The program of the goods for logistics company information management, and the processing of daily work, combined with logistics enterprise and distribution of information now management, in order to fully, efficient and accurate management information and development of logistics distribution a system of application software. As global business is growing up faster than before, international logistics more deeper and huger, for the logistics company have to base on a perfect system to face the daily job accordingly, or will get several kinds of troubles. If the info will not be transport well, it will come out bad circles, effect the performance, and the system focus on solve the notes of supply chain, improve the performance.
