Research And Development On Multi-proiect Management Information System For Fine Decoration Of Apartment Building Group

With the development of the society, the residents’understanding of housing consumption has changed, from the need to satisfy the basic life in the past to high demand for the residential quality, so the market for fine decoration housing is significantly increasing. Along with the continuous development of fine decoration market, the building mass residential fine decoration has become a significant business model in the decoration industry. Thus it is very necessary to scientifically and reasonably do the project management of mass residential fine decoration,In this paper, the characters and existing problems of mass residential fine decoration are analyzed, and the implementation management system is put forward to solve these problems. In the system, three key problems about multi-project group, the project structure decomposition and staff scheduling are discussed deeply. Then on the basis of theoretical research, the demand analysis of mass residential fine decoration is done and its multi-project management information system is developed to realize decoration enterprise informatization in the process of multi-project management.In chapter1, the present situation of the fine decoration of the housing management in our country is analyzed, and the building mass residential fine decoration is pointed out to be a multiple project management problem. Then based on the summary of multi-project management and related field, the research content and the basic framework of the paper is given.In chapter2, the characteristics of residential fine decoration in house and its existing problems is discussed. Combined with domestic and foreign scholars’s study on multi-project management, multi-project management implementation system of mass residential fine decoration is put forward.In chapter3, the key technologies of the implementation of the system is studied in detail. First of all, building location and K-means clustering algorithm are adopted to conduct grouping of multiple projects for twice, reducing the complexity of the problem. Then work breakdown structure technology and coding technology are used to do structure decomposition and coding of decoration project and laid the foundation for multiple projects management. Finally the topological sort algorithm is adopted to solve the staff scheduling problem under the background of multiple projects.In chapter4, the demand of mass residential fine decoration is analyzed. The functional requirements and data requirements of the system are listed out, then the design of the E-R diagram is completed and data tables are generated.In chapter5, the prototype system which has been implemented is elaborated.In chapter6, the achievements and the shortcomings of the paper are summarized, and a prospect for future work is given.
