A logistics information system implements the logistics process and management thinking. Only be able to meet demand of logistics practice and improve logistics efficiency and management level, the system is a successful software and viable software. Due to the complex nature and variable characteristics of the logistics business, the following rules must be considered when a logistics information system is designed: good scalability, low coupling strength between different system modules, and high cohesion. When a new system function being added to the software, the other operational functions are not affected; At the same time, The modifications caused by adjusting and improving the functions of the software should satisfy the following criterions, lower maintenance costs, low workload, and low difficulty.Through the continuous practice of software engineering and software development technology make object-oriented technology become increasingly mature. 00 theory comes from software development practice is the extraction and distillation of software development practice. Meanwhile, 00 theory gives guidance to software development management and process. We use the Microsoft .NET platform and ASP.NET technology and apply 00 theory in guiding the development of Logistics Information System. That is guidance of object-oriented theory in the development life cycle of logistics information system. We apply system modeling technology, architecture technology and design patterns in each stage which belongs to the development life cycle of the logistics information system: system planning, system requirements, system analysis and system design. In the finality, the paper also summarizes the application of 00 technology in building logistics information system and gives a brief description of the further studies.
