Research And Development On The Building-based Group Decoration Material Delivery Management System

Along with the economy and living standard development, the real estate industry gets a long prosperity, which brings the high-speed development of the interior residential renovation industry. At present, the business participants mostly are small ones, which lead to high degree of dispersion, low barriers to market entry and severe cut-throat competition, together with some urgent problems existing during the materials distribution process, such as low material quality, unpredictable time point of material requirements, non-standard operations of materials on site and not well formed scale of industrial renovation, etc..In this paper, the materials distribution process of building-based group decoration and its function modules and role authorization are analyzed, together with the demand for the materials distribution control system of building-based group decoration. Then the modular distribution program based on material information and the overall design for the system are put forward. Finally main techniques such as materials modular configuration, materials distribution batch merging, material package coding are studied. In addition, the implementation process of the prototype system is introduced in detail, combining with the actual operating results to evaluate the system. The proposed system and relevant research work lays a certain foundation for the construction of the materials distribution control platform of building-based group decoration and our country’s residential renovation industrialization.In Chapter1, both the current study and application status of residential renovation industrialization and materials distribution for construction are analyzed. The main content and outline of this paper is put forward on the basic of the potential demand and practical significance of the material distribution control.In Chapter2, firstly, the materials distribution process of building-based group decoration and it’s related participants are analyzed and the material information-driven modular distribution program is put forward.Then, the necessity of constructing the materials distribution control system is put forward. Then functional requirements and data requirements of the system are studied, with using flowcharts, data flow diagrams and E-R diagrams to describe the results. Finally, the main techniques are put forward.In Chapter3, the main techniques are analyzed in detail. Firstly, modular configuration analysis for decoration materials is worked out. Then coding techniques is used to data process materials package and delivery instructions, and base on that, the material requirement planning of construction unit and merging of material distribution.In Chapter4, the detailed introduction of the achieved prototype system of the project is displayed and running instances of the various functional modules are introduced. Evaluation for the prototype system is also worked out.In Chapter5, the whole research work in this paper and prospects for future research are summarized.
