The System For The Army’s Vehcile Maintenance Registration

With the development of information technology diversified, all aspects of society depends on computer and network more and more closely, in order to carry out the the general requirements "can fight, fight win" which put down by president Xi, the army is also constantly further developing in information. "Build a strong army through science and technology" for a long time in our project has also been given a new connotation. "The information, electronic, automation" has become the key words in condition of our army combat.In vehicle repair and maintenance the automobile division registered often by hand in the past, the characteristic is over workload, tedious tasks, high error rate, preservation is not standardized and more difficult to search etc.. This system mainly rely on the powerful function of computer storage, high operation ability, convenient interface and other advantages to assist managers to vehicle repair and maintenance management, through each module of the system to accurately register, query and modify to vehicle repair and maintenance, let the commander on the transport support to have a definite object in view. Compared with the traditional manual records of the system,it has obvious advantages. The advantages are recording simple,shortcut for find, save time, security, low cost, convenient upgrade etc. These advantages make directly automobile division in vehicle repair and maintenance register improves greatly in the efficiency, saves the manpower, truly realized the combat and met requirements of win for the target.In this paper, combined with practical situation of vehicle repair and maintenance of army group directly under the automobile division, with daily vehicle repair and maintenance needs as the starting point, striving to simple, practical and high efficiency. This system is developed to run and test in the Windows 7 environment. In the front using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), displaying content in a static page form, the use of Apache as a server and using PHP as the development language. Database uses MySQL, database managet by using phpMyAdmin, relying on the JavaScript script so that users can easily interact background data through HTML page. Ajax as the middle layer, which greatly reduces the pressure on the server, and provides the access efficiency. Javascript closely connected each part together so that the whole work becomes smoothly and effectively.The structure of this system is B/S three layer system structure, composed of data management, user interface layer and the middle layer. The design of three layer system structure is simple and practical, is one of the most extensive development pattern for the current network. Because of its simplicity and ease of use, is very suitable for vehicle repair and maintenance under the automobile division registration to the actual operation requirement. The army vehicle repair and maintenance of registration system mainly includes four functional modules: record the registration,record navigation, query and delete browsing records. Register module:mainly to achieve functions of recording the basic vehicle repair and maintenance information. Record navigation module:the main achievement of overall browsing on vehicle repair and maintenance information and modifying the functions. Inquiry module:the main achievement of the vehicle is according with the relevant conditions for browsing and other functions. Delete the record module:the main achievement of vehicles scrapped expired, such as information delete functions. Four main modules, each with a focus on, a clear division of labor, the specific function,effective form of repair and maintenance of army vehicle registration system, a good solution to the problem of indexing directly under the car in the repair and maintenance of registration.This paper design and realize the repair and maintenance of army vehicle registration system, especially in view of the actual need of directly under of the automobile division, introduced the main components of the system, described the system design objectives, data structure, procession etc. Mainly introduce the detailed ideas and methods of system function module, and a detailed description of the key technology of system. And through the test, satisfied the use of directly under the automobile division, has achieved the anticipated effect.
