The Research Of Development And Service Of Archives Information Resources Based On The Theory Of Value Co-creation

As an important and special information service center, development of archival information resources and provide satisfying archives information service to users is the basic duty of archives. Because of the quick progress of global information technology, increasing number of archives information resources and raising consciousness of archives utilization, the social press for personalized archives information service, so that the archives need to change the archives information resources development mode and archives information service mode.In this paper, based on the situation of domestic archives information resources development and information service, and the particularity of archives, this paper proposed that archives information user should participate in the process of the archives information resources development and service, cooperate and interactive with the archives to develop archives information resources, service of archive information users, explore the mode of information development and information service under the guidance of the theory of value co-creation. Then from the aspect of strategic layer, scope layer, structure layer, framework layer and presentation layer to establish the archives information resources development mode, from the aspect of demand analysis, design service plan, organizational processes and resources, conflict management and service implementation to architecture archives information service modes. At the last part of this paper, after a visit and study on Shanxi archives, get a general knowledge of the information resources development pattern and information service mode, then put forward some reasonable suggestions to it.Applied the value co-creation theory to the archives information resource development and information service is an innovative and dynamic process. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the exploration of archives information resources development and information services in the background of informatization.
