With the digital globalization (and commercial) network developing, Internet technology continues to integrate print media, audio-visual media and these media into a common contexts. Not only reconstructed the form, content and function of communication, and also integrated face to face element into technology-mediated communication in text, image and sound information and presented to the recipient. But it did not result in the demise of the old media, who occupies a key position in any technology dissemination activities of the intermediary. However, we live in a world which is not rational, in fact it is closer to apossible world which isshaped by our fantasy and imagination. Although the development of the media may play in an important role in this world, such as the steam engine, electric light, and the emergence of the Internet, all of them accelerate and expand the capabilities of people in the past, create a new city, work and leisure, but these regardless of changes in the content carried by the media, so in this world out of our imagination and fantasy,what kind of association does there exist between individuals and the media to promote the social development, how do we receive and disseminate information, and influence or change the surrounding environment? With such thinking, the passage analyses the dissemination of information on the human activities, and represents the area information dissemination is the most common and effective means of communication in daily life. Meanwhile, On the basis of inferences, the writer build an idealized model of the experience, based on information from the dimension of experience, trying to find suggestions for the dissemination of information in direction, methods and approaches.
