Design And Implementation Of Sales Management System In Glass Further Processing Enterprise

With the development of science and technology, the national policy in the energy-saving, environmental protection is implemented step by step, the social demand for further processing enterprise of glass products is gradually increased, such enterprises are continuous developing in recent years. But at present our country the development of the industry is relatively slow, how to accelerate the development of the glass deep processing enterprise is an urgent need to solve a problem currently. Glass processing enterprise’s sales management is an important aspect in enterprise information. This paper designed sales management system is to accelerate the process of glass deep processing enterprise information construction, and provide information support for the rapid development of the enterprise.The paper design the further processing enterprise of g Glass management system.The system uses the C/S structure,.NET platform, development language is C#language, database using SQL Server 2005 database. The system is divided into eleven modules in function respectively, they are the salesman information, customer profiles,product definition, sales quotation, sales contract, sales orders, cutting optimization,printed labels, shipping plan, sales, delivery and sales return.This paper firstly introduces research background, significance, status and development tendency of the of sales management system, then introduces the glass deep processing enterprise sales management system requirements analysis, classifying users and responsibility of the enterprise, analysis functions requirement of each functional modules, finally the system performance is analyzed. Based on the requirement of the system,the paper designed the business process and main database table. After completed the system the implement the system, mainly on the five modules,including the salesman information management, customer file management, sales price,sales order management and cutting optimization management. Implementation process is mainly introduced the implementation code, activity diagram and part of the main interface.After implementation of the system is completed in this paper, the sales management system of the five major functional modules is tested. The test is mainly on function and performance, function test main design some cases testing, performance testing is mainly to test the system log in response time, the number of operations per minute processing, CPU usage, memory usage, and 50 concurrent query response timeof the operation. Through the test function and performance of the system are all able to meet the demand.At present the sales management system has been put into use in glass deep processing enterprises, the using of the system improved the enterprise sales management efficiency and level greatly, promoting enterprise efficiency rapidly.
