Research And Implementation Of Messaging And File Transfer Model Based On TCP In PDM System

With the rapid development of computer application, computer aided technology is becoming more and more mature in the design and production process of enterprises, but they are lack of effective information sharing. Subsequent data retrieval, data security and shared management and other issues have been rapidly generated, the emergence of PDM technology solves these problems.PDM(Product Data Management), is a technology that manages all the information and processes related to the product in the production process. Applicable PDM can shorten the product development cycle, reduce costs, effectively improve quality, physique and enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, how to realize the efficient flow of information within the enterprise is critical.PDM is an effective way to realize the information management of enterprises, and the message communication and file transfer is the effective way to solve the user information island dilemma. Messaging and file transfer information for the product provides a medium in circulation within the enterprise, to enable staff to obtain the latest developments of the project and be involved in the progress, so that the project can work efficiently and safely.In order to solve the need of data sharing and information flow in small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises, to ensure the coordination of development work and the instant diffusion of enterprise project information, to improve the production efficiency. This paper gives a detailed design of a general solution of communication, and this program will be implemented in encoding, applied to the actual demand for independent research and development of PDM system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the demand for PDM of the general enterprise and individual enterprises from the function and performance two aspects in detail.Secondly, this paper introduces a TCP-based communication solution, proposes PDM system communication model and component level division from the macro, on the micro level, by the way of message transmission and message protocol, the communication process and security design are gradually deep into the communication model. Finally, the definition of the basic class of communication model is introduced, and the model is extended in the aspect of multi-Agent coordinated control. Finally, the model is applied to the actual system and demonstrate its effect, which shows that the communication model can effectively solve the general problems in PDM system, it’s flexible and universal.
