Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Instant Messaging System Server

The research about the Instant Messaging System is a hot direction of the internet industry at present, it is especially a focus studied both at home and abroad even more about the instant messaging system of enterprise customer. The birth of the instant messaging software of the enterprise edition has brought the new thoughts and means to management of enterprises. Having promoted the improvement of enterprise's working efficiency, the reducing of the official bossiness cost, has caused the research upsurge of the project application. The instant messaging system has adopted the client/server (C/S) mode. Under this mode, the server is undoubtedly in a key position. This thesis is just launched around this core of software development of server end of the instant messaging system. First of all, I studied various kinds of popular instant messaging soft wares, analyzed them, and then confirmed that the function of E-Com analyses, and put forward the framework of the server different from the common instant messaging system. Based the function of exchange, which is the basic character of instant messaging system, online users management, safeguarding online users and exchange message are designed in main server. In order to lighten the load of the server, the transmission of the basic messages of the customer end, we have considered utilizing UDP to transmit trying P2P at first. If failed, then transfer messages from the main server again. In this way, the main server's treatment ability and corresponding tempo of the server have improved sharply. Based demands for transmitting the file inside enterprises, we analyzed how pass through the system with fire wall, which means how transferring files between private network and public network, or all in private networks. We have chosen the best scheme of realizing from it. We have designed the communication route server. It is responsible for transmitting the file between different sub networks. If client end may transmit files for the same sub network directly, and does not need communication route server to bridge.
