| Archive management is one of the most crucial parts in enterprises. Those archives include all kinds of previous designs, which are the basis of future design for enterprises. Consequently, in enterprises this work is indispensable and some efforts needs to be done to manage archives in enterprises. However, traditional management methods are too outdated to fulfil the needs of modern styles.To cope with above-mentioned problems, we design a SOAP-based archives management system. Our purpose is to facilitate archives management and make this work more efficient. And to achieve this goal we think modern technology such as information technology is necessary. With such goal we design and implement SOAP-based archives management system. These techniques used in this paper include C# programming language, SQL database and Web Service based SOAP interface. We utilize C# as our programming language to implement UI(User Interface) and background service. SQL database is employed to store all data in this system and SOAP interface is used to provide archive query service to clients. First, some related techniques utilized are introduced in this paper. Then, system architecture is designed and protocols utilized in this system are fully explained. To let our software be expanded more easily, we divide our software system into several parts. All sub-modules of this system is designed and illustrated in this paper. Modules used in this paper include UI module, archive query module, system role query, communication module, cache module and logging module. All modules are explained in detail in this module and some important flows of all modules are illustrated. Moreover, some important tables are also given in this paper.Test results show that the software works quite well and it is expected this software will improve our work efficiency greatly. At the same time, we propose several suggestions in regards to system performance and some future work is also given. |
