A lot of enterprises, departments adopted electronic archives management system to improve the efficiency and level of archives management software.In this thesis, he present status of archives management at home and abroad are compared, and the situation of college archives management was analyzed. We described the basic features and function of the system, discussed business of electronic archives management system and function requirements, proposed a object-oriented thought based on B/S structure. The basic idea in the system design was given in our work, and the system architecture and core problems of database was established. We Focused on the ASP.NET technology, SQL Server 2005 database access technology and dynamic web page creation.
