Design And Implementation Of Archive Management System For Security Inspection

Security work is a vital issue to national security and modernization construction,which has been paid more attention to by the Party and country. Security inspectiongives supports to security work, and is an important work of security managementorganization. The process and results of inspection are recorded and saved in files.However, the inspection is short of connectivity, systematicness, continuity betweenthe units or systems, and lacks of analysis and summary on the problems of securitywork. Therefore, it can improve security management level by means of buildinginspection archives with information methods, managing archives and analyzing data.In the stage of requirement analysis, the security inspection process, inspectioncontents, case disposals and summaries are studied, business requirements, functionalrequirements, data query requirements are presented, and requirement ranges andcontents are confirmed. During the system design stage, the design of overall systemarchitecture diagram, system function framework, system interface, database E-Rdiagram, main function module and database dictionary are realized. Finally in thestage of system development and implementation, the function module of securityinspection archives management system is achieved by programming, and runssmoothly through code testing.By means of design and testing, the core problem of this system has been solved.While, the system runs successfully in the user environment. The system has beenapplied in the security inspection so far, makes achievements in the electronicarchives management, meets the needs of design requirements, and promotes thesecurity inspection.
