With the development of mobile technology, also benefit from "Internet Plus" stategy, the real economy is gradually transformed by the mobile internet. Small and micro enterprises have made a great contribution to China’s economic development. In this background, this thesis made investigation and research based on Small and micro enterprises in Yiwu and then puts forward a B2B Mobile E-Commerce Platform based the result and combines with one of Chinese business culture that business relations is often on the top of personal relationships. This thesis focused on the design and implement of android client.On the background of mobile internet, mobile Apps need to respond to the market and the needs of users continue to change. Firstly, this thesis represents the architecture design based on MVC, aimed to decoupling the feature and underlying service. On the other hand, although Android SDK provide all kinds of APIs for developer building their apps, it’s not an efficient way if developers use them directly and it’s hard for collaborative development and unified development of ideas and code style. To resolve this problems, the thesis design and implement a basic service framework based on Android SDK APIs. The framework include http service framework, data storage module and UI framework. By using this framework, developers can write feature code fast and efficiently. On the aspect of App feature, this thesis design and implement the core function module:Business Relation Connecting module. This module verifies the architecture design and the use of basic service framework.The research project of this thesis provides a free solution of mobile B2B E-Commerce which could promote the development of small and micro enterprises.In engineering aspect, the thesis has researched all the problems that almost every C/S Android application development would encounter. This thesis has a certain reference value for the development of Android application in the future, which reflects the engineering value of this thesis.
