The Implementation Of The Small Document Management System Based On.NET Framework

With development of computer technology,network technology and popularization, the enterprise document management gradually from manual management to the informationization development.The traditional manual document management exist error-prone manual reporting data,accuracy is not high,time is too long.Document management system with ASP.NET development platform design in this paper can solve the problem of personnel to identify.Using the computer’s efficient operation can greatly improve the data of operation time, improve the accuracy of data entry.To meet the needs of document management system development,this paper first summarizes the ASP.NET, Web services,B/S software architecture and related technologies such as SQL.Combined with the actual document management process,the requirement analysis of software system and the division of function modules are completed.Document management system is divided into landing module,user management module,document management module and rights management module,a total of four main modules.Rights management module is divided into general users,senior and three types of super user roles.General user only has the function of general query to add,delete,modify the information functions such as senior user permission is required to operate.Administrator user account is with the highest authority,can carry out the background of operations,including user management module,document management module and all the functional operation rights management module.This system adopts the browser/server mode development,front desk is the browser,the background is the server.System adopts modular design,can independent operation of separate modules.A module problems will not affect other modules,can be in the original framework of new follow-up function module,convenient function increase or decrease,delete,query and modify.Paper completed the overall design of the system,database design and implementation of a document management system,shows the flow chart of the four main function module design and implementation process.Paper finally gives the system of test plan and test cases,completed the combined unit module of function test and system test, the test results meet the design requirements and achieve expected results.
