Research On The Architecture Of Mobile Payment System For Telecom Operator

With the rapid development of electronic commerce, electronic payment has become the important payment method, in the background of the voice businesscontinues to decline, mobile payment service has become one of the key businesses of telecom operators. However, how to find a suitable mobile payment operation mode in the existing operating system and how to build a mobile payment platform for business development, become the first to consider and the important issues to pay attention to.In this thesis, the construction of the mobile payment platform is the goals. Firstly, the development situation of the payment service is introduced, and the theoretical knowledge of the payment business is more comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research, which provide theoretical support for the follow-up platform. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the function structure of China Telecom BestPay platform and the platform of Jiangxi province, the new design of operation management platform is carried out, and the integrated operation management subsystem, marketing management subsystem, TMS terminal management subsystem and NFC operation management are described in detail.The new design has been deploied in JiangXi Telecom cloud platform and applied to engineering application. The implementation and operation results showed that the design of the Jiangxi Telecom Bestpay operation management platform can meet the needs of the current business development, can help to achieve the rapid deployment of business processes and improve the efficiency of payment.
