The Research Of Mobile Application User Experience Design Based On Agile Development

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the smart mobile devices, mobile APP is changing the people live. At the same time, the rapid evolution of technology and the vagaries of user requirements put forward higher demands for the software development. The design and implementation of APP attached to hardware and technology, critical to user requirements, the traditional mode of software delivery delay, always can’t close to user needs and market changes. Agile development as human-centered, iterative and incremental development methods, which simplifies the development process, to ensure continued delivery of valuable for the user. Agile development more and more popular for mobile APP developers.User experience design as the important part of APP agile development, directly determines the user experience and success of the product. How to ensure that agile in APP user experience design implementation, continuous delivery of valuable for the user, become the key to the product success in the intense market. In this paper, analyzing the characteristics of the APP user experience design elements and process, compare the agile user experience design and traditional design method, combined agile development method and principle to build the mobile APP agile user experience design model which matched agile development. In the search for APP agile user experience design pattern, through theoretical innovation and project practice, want to provide support and reference of in-depth study and practice of agile user experience in the rapid development of mobile Internet products.First of all, based on literature and induction a large number of research about the agile development and user experience design, lead to the concept of agile user experience design. Second, after analyzed the characteristics of APP development and user experience design process, summed up the principle and method of the agile user experience design, and put forward the designers should transform the role in team. Then, based on the characteristics of the agile user experience design of APP, user-centered design, development coordination model and user Story point evaluation concept, to extract the user experience design elements that meet the agile development:Story, Content, Interaction, and Visual. Combined with the APP lifecycle of agile development, set up cycle agile design process. With agile design elements and design process, created a new agile user experience design model (SCIV). Finally, Appling theory to project practice during the internship, under the guidance of the agile design model, established a valuable MVP products. Besides, based on the model design review summary and iteration planning, which ensured the whole of the agile development process of user experience to meet the quality, efficiency and flexibility. Also verified the SCIV model is more suitable for mobile APP development, whose cycle is short, frequent delivery, iterative update more efficient and lower cost.
