In industrial production environment, the vibration detection of mechanical equipment is one of the most important monitoring programs in production safety. For detecting vibration signal, the main tool is vibration signal analyzer. To judge basic operation of current equipment and achieve an effective monitor for mechanical equipment, we get the information of vibration signal in frequency domain by corresponding signal processing technology. However, with the complication of production equipment and streamline of production process, the traditional vibration analyzer is unable to meet the demands of high precision, comprehensive features and portability. Morever, the emergence and prosperousness of mobile equipment, which carries the operation system of Android or IOS, makes the signal analyzer based on mobile equipment a research hotspot, which is the result that the virtual vibration analyzer based on mobile equipment can satisfy the demands in current production environment.Based on the above requirements, this paper presents an implementation scheme for virtual vibration analyzer based on Android platform. This analyzer analyzes signal in time-domain and frequency-domain, respectively. In time domain, the analyzer measures the voltage value of signal, meanwhile displaies signal waveforms timely. And, in frequency domain, the analyzer does a corresponding IIR digital filtering for signal, then, obtains the relevant spectrum through Fast Fourier Transform(FFT). After all these steps, the frequency analysis result is obtained in accordance with design requirements. This analyzer based on Android smart operating system, has a simple and elegant operation interface, and designes the management of data results which realizes the functions of save, delete and playback. The frequency range of this analyzer is 1 to 10 KHZ. According to the requirements of the different frequency resolution, this article designed a low frequency, intermediate frequency and frequency analysis of the three schemes.Through the presentation in this paper, virtual signal analyzer has achieved the above objectives.
