The aim of this paper is to design an online analyzing system which based on the database for measuring the vibration during the instruments transportation in South Pole. The system will use SQL Server as its underlying database, and also using Matlab programming language to design the mathematical statistics of vibration signals as well as the program of analyzing the atlas. Meanwhile, J2 EE enterprise framework is also used to build the Web online managing platform. The function of X system is to provide a systematic platform of gathering and analyzing the data of Antarctic road transportation in order to assist the relevant staff to find out an anti-vibration design proposal for the precision instruments and meets the need of inland transportation at the same time.Following parts are included in the system:1. Data Acquisition ModuleMain function of this module is to lead the vibration signal data which recorded by the testing instrument to the database storage in order to manage and analyze. The hardware equipment to collect the data is the vibration testing instrument made by Lansmont company of USA. Loading on the transporter, the instrument can testify the vibration result during the transportation in South Pole. The testing instrument records the mission through the underlying drive program, when the computer receives the signal data back it will be generated into an Excel file, and then it will be lead to the underlying database by the data import page. The database of this system is SQL Server 2008, the Java program of the server side is based on the persistence framework ibatis which is mapped by SQL to operate the database.2. Vibration Signal Atlas Analyzing ModuleMainly use the strong signal managing tool base to realize the atlas management and analysis of the vibration signal. The program will be realized is the following process: the jsp page of the front end system receives the searching time range, Matlab program will be used by the Java to sketch the curve graph, and then display it on the screen when Matlab generate the analyzing atlas and embed it in the page. The system provides mainly fraction domain analysis and frequency analysis. The fraction domain analysis includes the fraction domain analysis and management of the original vibration signal’s vibration, impact and fall, while the frequency analysis, using power density analysis, forms PSD atlas, focusing on the vibration, impact and fall which generated from the vibration signals. It is also a major technological method to study and analyze the vibration signals.3. Statistical Analysis ModuleIbatis holds a strong SQL mapping and persisting function which is capable to operate the database with a high efficiency, and it is also convenient to integrate the database into the Spring framework. The system is based on the background program(developed by the Struts framework) to search the dataset in the database, and to statistically analyze the mathematics, e.g. the maximum and minimum value, as well as the mean square deviation. Meanwhile, the system can also provide the function to lead out the result to the Excel and to make it possible for users to download the result for local analyzing and operation.Last but not least, the system also develops user rights managing and system managing module. The user rights include user management, role management and system menu management. The administrators give the corresponding roles to the users to realize the management the operational rights by create the roles which have the specific operational authority, while the system management mainly includes the management of the announcement and news of the system as well as to monitor the system log.
