In the system realization, and analyzes several rounds of testing, to ensure the program is practical.In the investigation and study in detail the collateral management in our bank and bank collateral management present situation, in view of the actual work of collateral management situation in our country, carries on the detailed design to the bank collateral risk control management system, this system is mainly to complete the mortgage banking risk management system of information management, evaluation management, file management, contract risk management, query and statistics, executive home, working platform, system maintenance of the nine function module design. The system realizes the effective management of information and the maintenance of the value of the collateral, and the unified and efficient verification, so as to improve the administrator’s work efficiency.
