| With the aggravation of competition in financial market, risk control ability in secured loan is developing rapidly. Collateral security confronts with dual risks which are the change of value, taking-over and disposition. Hence, how to manage the collateral security is of cardinal significance for the bank risk management department.This paper studies the bank guarantee system. Through the method of object-oriented analysis, it analyzes the process of design and implement of the software. The system uses B/S structure and chooses J2 EE and MySql to be the development environment. In accordance with the method of the software engineering, the paper analyzes the demand of the system, lists the case diagrams separately, using UML object-oriented modeling technologies. It also tries to present a general design of the system. In the process of specific implementation, the system introduces Struts framework technology and realizes MVC pattern, as the development of Struts-based J2 EE Web can be easy to achieve the features and advantages of the MVC pattern, which ensures that the project can be completed successfully.Through analyzing the current situation and problems in the development of the small and medium-sized guarantee enterprises in our country, the paper puts forward to proposals to enhance the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to improve the management efficiency and promote their comprehensively strength by establishing bank guarantee system. It analyzes the current office automation system, and makes an intensive study of Java and Struts technology by using B/S system. Learning about its procedure of business acceptance and case processing, the paper tries to make designs for each module in setting up program model.The system is a good method to solve the problems of credit management in each link of the bank guarantee. In addition, it has a good user interface, and is characterized by simplicity, flexibility, data sharing and high security and reliability. |
