Zhunger Energy corp Heidaigou surface coal mine is China’s largest, it can minec-oal more than30million tons per year, it uses the world’s most advanced castingblast-pull shovel crafts which can pour stripped directly into the discard pile alongsidemined in open areas,and it has a production capacity of production efficiency,low costadvantags and so on. It is important to open-pit mining technology.Casting blast and blasting design is the first link, design quality and blasting effectproduces a direct impact on the later construction production. Through the developingintelligent software which is suitable for open pit Casting blast design technology,casting blast site design can be guided, a better blasting effect can be getted and the costof stripped can be reduced.We have successfully developed a "pit Casting blast computer intelligent designsystem" through two years. This system is a powerful large-scale intelligent designsoftware which has complex structure. The system has these functions which canaccurately determine the design parameters with the geological terrain data, can bedeveloped and researched by three-dimensional effects graphics platform, can designand optimize blasting intelligent,can simulate blasting and analyze the blastingeffect,can generate and output the blasting design documents and so on.System can handle geological and topographical data with the orographic andgeologic condition, it can accurately determine the design parameters and this functionis realized for the first time for the same sofeware. This system establishes terraindatabase, geological drilling data and Mine rock attribute parameters are stored,in theblasting design process it can automatically query, identify and deal with the data withthe rock and minerals category.distribution and physical and mechanical parameters ingiven area,it can intelligently compute and set blasting design parameters for differentrock and mineral.For coal mine,three-dimensional graphics platform is specially developed,allfunctions are developed from the ground up,not embed any third party plug-ins, thissystem has our own intellectual property right.Blasting parameters established knowledge base systems,intelligent designknowledge base,charge templates and pyrotechnics templates,etc. to achieve a smart Hole, smart hole position adjustment, smart hole length adjustment, delay automaticadjustment function automatically adjusts the dose, automatic design with a strong,intelligent design features, the system also achieved a blasting process simulation,explosives and pyrotechnics consumption calculation.Blasting system can be accurately simulated and analyzed for cast blasting, rockpile developed morphological analog functions, each section can be simulated curveshape rock pile and loosen coefficient can be calculated, effectively throwing rate.
