In recent years, with the vigorous development of the national rail transit construction, people get more and more attention in the safety of operation about metro. Under the condition of insuring daily operation and production safety, it becomes to be important about how to improve the work efficiency of the equipment and device maintenance. On this background, the author designed and implemented an information system about the management of metro operations’ construction, and by means of network and information technology to improve the efficiency of construction work.Based on B/S mode and Three-layer architecture, this system uses NET and SQLSERVER as the development platform at the same time. The system runs in the operating system network of metro, provides the function of collection, statistics and comparison about construction plan, and feedbacks construction implementation of the situation to the upper level r smoothly and timely with the cooperation of construction work. In this paper, the author summarizes the methods and results of the research and development about this system. The major works are summarized as follows.On the basis of analysis of user demand deeply, this paper has accomplished the functional analysis of the system and designed the function module of the system by using the UML case analysis method. Based on the design specification,this paper completed the design of the system database at the same time. According to the requirements of the actual operating environment, the author designed and planned the system architecture based on the Three-layer structure model and B/S mode. In the meantime, the author developed the detailed implementation steps of the system based on the thoughts of modern software engineering. With the study of the safety problem about the system in the process of operation and construction, this paper has introduced the technology of Conflict Detection and focused on how to improve the security and reliability of the system. Based on the overall design of the system, this paper has completed specific implementation of functional modules in the construction plan management, the conflict detection, and the equipment and facilities maintenance integration.This system has been put into operation on line. As the result, the operation effect is satisfactory. It meets the design requirements and has achieved good social effects. The development of the system has a good reference value in improving the level of industry information construction.
