With the development and application of computer technology, network technology and communication technology, information level has become all walks of life to realize sustainable development and the important guarantee to improve market competitiveness. Education informatization construction improves the comprehensive competitiveness of universities, academic status and education level, Information technology has become a main driving force to change the pattern in colleges and universities, improve the efficiency of management and education level and create brand. As a main composition of informatization, digital campus led the construction and development of education informationization in our country.The campus digital means that all the information resources, such as the school teaching, scientific research, management and associated with the service life, conduct a comprehensive digital by using computer technology, network technology and communication technology; Using of scientific and standardized management, these resources are integrated to constitute a unified user management, resources management and access control. Since the 1970 s, Governments and universities increase the investment to the construction of campus informatization. Through the decades of the construction. Universities largely built a digital platform based on the traditional campus. It has realized the digital from the hardware infrastructure and resources development to put into use and so on. Promoting efficiency operation of the campus, extending the traditional campus space and business. However, with the advancement of information technology, digital platform pressure is increased. On the one hand, the majority of colleges and universities of day-to-day business is usually accomplished by multiple application system, such as office automation system, educational administration management system, new system, school system, etc. Because of historical factors such as capital, time, technology, the software and hardware which the system adopted by and implementation technology is not the same, each application system is maintenance respectively, these isolated application system each does things in their own way, which can’t connectivity, variety of data and can’t go on the data sharing and exchanging, "Information island" problem is prominent increasingly. On the other hand, many business needed to be done cooperate with different department and systems, such as Students enrolled orientation system, The graduate school system, which involve the students admitted to the university, financial, rewards and punishments, accommodation and so on many aspects, Managed by different functions Department in the school. In this case, the application systems can connectivity with each other. The third aspect, independent application system scattered in various departments within the college on the large scale. Infrastructure is very complicated. Adding new business often appears extremely important in colleges and universities. The risk is high and Daily maintenance costs more. These are seriously hindering the further development of university informatization construction. Only to Build a unified digital campus, integrate the information technology and business effectively, create an environment which response fast, can we provide an effective solution to reform and development of colleges and universities.A service oriented architecture is an organization and design methods based on specific criteria,which is a coarse-grained, loosely coupled services architecture, services through a simple, accurate definition interface to communication, not involving the underlying programming interface and communication model. From the view point of business operations and processes, SOA model can not only help the maximum compatibility with legacy systems, but also continue to capturing value from the legacy assets, through the IT standards architecture and service modeling approach.at the same time, it makes the integration system add new services or update existing services according to modular way, to meet the new business needs. Implementation of SOA can effectively integrated enterprise internal resources, shared the existing resources. Increase the ability of enterprise business agility, to reduce the development cost and improve business efficiency. In the process of digital campus construction, a number of various application system play a vital role in school functional departments. Finally let the business and IT alignment, support rapid change of the business to build an agile reaction environment.This article mainly research into SOA technology to solve problems such as resource reuse, interoperability and business rapid changed during the process of digital campus construction. The article first introduce the concept of digital campus and the construction content and basic SOA implementation principle and related technology, such as the characteristics and research status of the Web Services protocol, enterprise service Bus, Business process Management etc. Deeping insight into the existing problems Of digital campus, the research applies to the SOA application model of campus environment, it will include a unified identity authentication, data sharing platform, campus information portal, and each Business subsystem, etc. the article finally will use an example of leave school teachers college self-help system in Liuzhou to analysis of the SOA in the design and implementation in the course of the construction of digital campus.
