The Design And Implementation Of Forest Public Security Bureau Case Process System In Jinning County

Along with the significant increase of economy in China in recent years, the computer information technology has developed rapidly. Nowadays, information management platform is more and more common, especially for the public security bureau needing share the information of fugitive criminals all around world, it is urgent to realize effective information management to understand the current crime personnel and to ensure the efficient arrest. In order to improve the office efficiency of forest public security in Jinning county, to realize the information management of all data, to be compatible with the Internet information technology, we need to design a new working platform according to Jinning county’s special regional type.This system adopts B/S development module and the underlying code uses SSH framework and the Java language to design this system’s data transmission, page calls, request and response. And on the top of the MVC architecture, we use view-model-controller to make seamless connection for the data, pages, logic layer and data management layer. The system uses Hibernate to realize the business layer, and uses open source framework Struts2 to implement the MVC framework. Struts2 is based on MVC, and the ActionServlet is navigation flow controller. This system adopts SQL SERVER 2014 database.The system realized the functions of police office, online office, data statistical analysis and system management. Police office function includes equipment management, guns disarm, documents management and bill management. Online case feature includes receiving alarm management and out-police management two basic functions. Data statistical analysis function includes internal information retrieval, public security information retrieval, forestry management, laws and regulations management. System management function mainly includes user management, rights management and organization management, and other functions. User management includes adding users, modifying and deleting user operations, rights management includes access permission and modifying permissions. Organization management includes adding institutions, modifying institutions, deleting institutions and query institutions.This system can realize the information management for equipment, documents and guns, and the internet data management for criminals. It could make efficient management and transformation for the data and increase the work efficiency of staff, and ensure the security and privacy of system data.
