| With 15 years working experiences in manufacturing enterprise, author has been involved in many working areas, such like production statistics, Industrial Engineering, project improvement, business planning, recombination of process and organizational management, planning and practicing of MES system, assistance of decision making with strategy, etc; and has connected a number of main lines regarding to the enterprise development by going through and summarizing the experiences in each working area. Since the endless improvement is the main theme in the age, author keeps trying and improving during the main line connecting process, he hopes to find a referenced management model for private enterprises in the developing process, to avoid detours and mistakes.Combining the concept of 4.0 industrialization in the national strategy and the changeful concept of internet+, everyone is thinking and practicing the same question: How do the traditional manufacturing enterprises find their positions in the changeful age. Keeping the general goal in sight and taking the daily tasks in hand;this paper keeps the faith of “To be what one depends what it belongs to”, and has found an essential tool called Decision-Operating Support System(DOSS System).It combines internal and external enterprise information and supporting on decision making, which is benefit for the inheritance and development of manufacturing enterprise in the internet age.A good tool can help people do what they want to do, but an outstanding tool can make us seeking out and arranging a group of members to complete tasks and achieve the goal of teams. In our opinion, we think and hope that DOSS System can become such outstanding tool. At the beginning of this project, we refer to the Business Intelligence and the DOSS System which is in universal meaning, but in the process of the project, there are lots of new and grotesque ideas and demands come out in our minds, nevertheless we think they are reasonable, because thedemands inside the enterprise are the most reality, there is no such a way that can solve all the problems. This project has been carried out for 1 year, after 1 year, we can summarize our operating goals of DOSS System, which are “making decision base on network intelligence, maninformatizationaging depends on individual,obtaining information from internal and external, implementing begin with the end”.DOSS is an informatization system project, the success or failure of this project depends on two aspects, one is whether the functional designs of the system has met the marketing demands, to be satisfied by users or even surprised them or not; the other one is whether the system has been popularized and implemented indeed or not,we have to understand users’ new demands and grow with them. From August2014 the project has been set up, to December 2015, there are 5 stages of the project integrated planning, now we are at stage 2, the project has achieved preliminary success and we have felt all sorts of joys and sorrows in the process, no matter what the project could be in the future, we will keep our faith and continue improving in the process.The paper is based on the process of decision-making,various types of current decision support systems reference as the thinking pattern, combined with the analysis of the information environment within Xinbao, analyzed the management demand of senior decision makers, and then formally introduce the project of design and application for DOSS system with Xinbao character. |
