Standing passenger’s point of view an interactive s ound hotel system faster and more convenient to be able to use the hotel services for the convenience of their own life journey.The main work of this paper is on the hotel information management system design and implementation. Through practical research on the existing hotel, hotel management system at home and abroad literature research, the use of the Unifie d Modeling Language UML system should have the capabilities and n eeds analysis. On the basis of the needs analysis to further raise the overall design will be ach ieved hotel information management system. Finally, the use of existing WAPM platform on the basis of the overall design of the system and make relevant technical implementation. Objective of this paper is to achieve a realistic demand for the use of hotel inform ation management system, the entire system can be roughly divided into hotels subsystem, front and back office management subsystem management subsystem. Specifically, the main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:1. After the actual study and literature review on the hotel inform ation management system needs analysis. In the needs analysis process, using the Unified Modeling L anguage UML analysis of user roles, division of functional modules, each module combination of user roles to m ake use case analys is, the use of timing diagrams to better explain the system requirements in use case analysis. Processing demand, the system in the process of realization of the system should also consider the environm ent, real-time, security, fault detection and ongoing maintenance and other non-functional requirements.2. In the first point of the system demand analysis, the paper throughout the hotel information system overall design. The overall system architecture design includes design, system data model design. The quality of the relationship between the database architecture to build up after the whole system operating ef ficiency and s afety, including the co nceptual design of the data model and the data model ER diagram table design.3. Based on the needs analysis and the overa ll design of the completion of the detailed design of the "PHP-based hotel m anagement information system" and im plementation. By dividing the overall design of the system requirements analysis and function, according to the system to achieve a further request for the deta iled design of functional modules.
