With the continuous development of society and the continuous application and improvement of Internet technology, the field of computer technology has been into a new era- the highly competitive era in the field of computer information management. However, because of the current form of a single recruitment Employment Administration website and many and complex employment information, enterprises and institutions in the recruitment of staff are always time-consuming and inefficient. And for employed individuals, they can not resume targeted and find better jobs. To improve the efficiency and quality of service management for employment, to improve the increasingly prominent contradictions between enterprises and employed individuals, therefore, the establishment of the multi-functional employment information management platform which has a unified standard, the operational chain, logical rigor, effective management can be without delay.Thus, I carry out the design and implementation of employment management system. This system differs from the currently existing employment management system- in the form of the site, instead of using the traditional form of management systems which is for more information about the content security protection between employed individuals and enterprises. Realization of this system is based on B/S architecture, object-oriented, easily extensible Java as a programming language to Tomcat6.0 as a Web server, the front desk using JSP technology and graphical script, combined with SSH(Struts2 + String + Hibernate) three classical framework, and with the powerful Oracle database as a backend data store. The system mainly carries out the design and implementation of function modules in people information management, employer information management, employment information dissemination and employment information query module design and implementation.This system of "employment service" for the purpose, through continuous improvement system of function, and strives to make enterprises more efficient and convenient to be able to release employment information, make employed people obtain information on employment conditions more quickly and accurately, interdependent and essential, so as to continuously improve the current employment situation.This system combines the current form of youth employment and calls for the country to comply with the youth employment situation. The establishment of the first aspect of the system is a more structured requirements analysis, including system feasibility analysis and structural analysis system. In the details design phase of the system, using system requirements analysis phase of data results, it completes a more complete and detailed module design and database design. In presentation stage, the system realizes the function modules building. Finally, using unit and functional tests, the system has a more detailed system testing and analysis. The system is able to save and show message of employer and employed persons. Employed persons can quickly get employment information and to apply for employment information. The managers of enterprises and institutions can obtain application information in a timely manner, and there is a clear and simple graphics interface to make the personnel employed to keep abreast of the needs of the distribution of the current society, the real office automation and information management technology. At the same time, the system ensures the accuracy and security of employment data and ensures the consistency of information on employment data to achieve real-time exchange of information. It not only provides a better platform to draw talents for enterprises and institutions, but also offers better self-development of a space platform for employed individuals.
