With the development of education in China, the increasing number of college students brings about the progressive number of college graduates as well as the serious employment situation. This becomes very vital to develop a suit of university employment information management system which gears to the employment situation. It will not only raise the level of management for the Department of Labor, but also make more employers provide more jobs through the system and finally make more graduates find a job.In the process of design and implementation, the university employment information management system has been analyzed and studied as follows.First of all, the system has been under the feasibility analysis according to operability, technicality and economics. All these do their best to manage every link in the system for graduate employment.Finally, the implementation of the system is in the use of the B/S(Browser/Server) structure to do service mode, the JSP(Java Server Pages) to develop technology, the Tomcat technology to release services, as well as the SQL Server 2012 database to reach the reasonable collocation and meet the requirement of the system.Through the test and the application, the system does not only improve the university employment management level, but also build a communication platform for the graduates and employers, meanwhile add more jobs and ultimately improve the employment rate of college graduates.
