Wireless Mesh Networks is a new distributed broadband Wireless Network architecture. Being different from the traditional one hop network, Wireless Mesh network uses the advanced multiple hops network technology. As a result, selecting one of more links, the data can also be forwarded in the network where each node is an access point or a router and can receive data. WMN has a good scalability, robustness, and self-organizing strong. But the links of the wireless Mesh network is vulnerable to the near interference of others. To get the stability of the network, this thesis mainly researches on the repair mechanism, which effectively improve the link quality and network performance.Nowadays, the key technologies in wireless Mesh network routing protocol and the repair mechanisms are analyzed. DSDV and WRP in table driven routing, the DSR and AODV on-demand driven routing, and MR LQSR and MCRP multi in channel routing are analyzed and compared. And it finds a problem that the links reconnect after fracture with the most routing repair mechanisms, which can be improved. Therefore this paper puts forward a routing repair mechanisms, trend prediction feedback algorithm. Through the feedback link of this trend and before the link is not useful, it can look for a new link to replace the original link which makes the network continuous and greatly reduces the network overhead, the time delay and the packet loss rate.Last, TPF-AODV and TPF-MCRP are simulated and analyzed, which use the trend prediction algorithm put forward in the third part. Mainly through group submitted rate, control packet overhead, forwarding packet overhead and total overhead and end-to-end delay, it compares MCRP, AODV and TPF-AODV and TPF-MCRP. Respectively it compares the performance of the routing protocols in the node movement speed, the source node number, scale and network load of multicast. The results show that the improved TPF-AODV and TPF-MCRP protocol can greatly reduce the network overhead and end-to-end delay. At the same time, it can guarantee the stability of the links.
