"Big data" for the present social impact is all aspects, from the first industry to the third industry, from the individual to the state. We are in such an environment, in order to better use of the "big data" to bring more benefits to the human society, it should be better to learn it, to understand it.In this paper, under the guidance of "big data" thinking, combined with the digital transformation of traditional publishing development situation and the status quo, to "modern Chinese almanac(central yearbook)" as the main research object, using the concerning information, communication, computer science or related knowledge theory, and combining with related almanac development case to explain " How to improve the efficiency and quality of the Yearbook editing and publishing by using the theory and technology of big data" the big proposition.In this paper, we use the "total" and "the positive side of the combination" of writing skills. In addition to the introduction, the main text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter and the second chapter introduces the "big data" and the relevant knowledge of China’s central level Yearbook publishing status; the third chapter is the case analysis with five representative; in the three chapter, through the theory to the actual case analysis of China’s Yearbook published in the big data era of opportunities and challenges(raised questions, chapter). The fifth chapter is the summary section, combined with the above knowledge and the argument, the paper puts forward to face the new era, new challenges, the Yearbook published a variety of transformation mechanism and innovative method.On the basis of this, some conclusions are drawn: 1.big data era, our country’s publishing industry(including the Yearbook publis hing industry) is experiencing a reform from traditional publishing to new digita l publishing system. And in this process has made remarkable achievements. 2. in the era of big data, China Yearbook published with respect to the publishing industry has a "You have me, I have you, the same " Characteristics. 3.for the publication of the Yearbook is the coexistence of opportunities and ch allenges, but due to the characteristics of its publishing nature, opportunities o utweigh the challenges. 4.the innovation mode of the yearbook. The use of "cloud technology", "the po pularization of resource sharing ideas and the building of resource sharing pla tform", "the introduction and education of new Yearbook publishing talents", "t he new annual distribution and sales channel model".
