In the increasingly fierce competition in the digital information age, as connecting people with social media for organic culture of the library, and its personalized service level directly affects its own position and development direction for the future development. Meanwhile, the future of the library should be own, create, disseminate intellectual capital of tangible carriers, in view of this, library need size up the situation, have the courage to take on the "curator" role, in order to provide users with the smooth flow of information and effective communication channels. However, very few academics linking intellectual capital to library individualized service, comprehensive analysis of human capital, structural capital and relational capital impact on library’s individualized service, this is extremely negative for the long-term development of the library. This paper by summarizes induction on the connotation and types of intellectual capital literature, and correspond it to the intellectual capital of the library, and obtained the elements of intellectual capital of the library. Meanwhile, the paper focus on the library’s individualized service in view of intellectual capital, trying to build a theoretical model that shows that relations between them; In addition, the paper combining empirical research to verify the influence of intellectual capital on library’s individualized service and give some recommendations, in order to lay the foundation for further studies of strategy of library’s individualized service.This article is roughly divided into the following three parts:The first part consists of chapter I and chapter II, laid the paper’s tone and rationale. The second part refers to the theoretical model and hypotheses proposed. The third part is constituted by the fourth and fifth chapters, highlighting analysis the empirical analysis of intellectual capital embed in the personalized services、research results and corresponding countermeasures. In order to verify the assumption that the intellectual capital is significantly affect library’s individualized service, we used principal component analysis in SPSS, correlation and multiple regression analysis methods, this paper selected respectively 17 original ratio from three aspects of the human capital, structural capital and relational capital onto measures the explanatory variables that various elements of intellectual capital to the interpretations of library’s individualized service. Study found that the overall of intellectual capital impact on library’s individualized service as high as 51.6%, while various elements of intellectual capital also had a significant impact on library’s individualized service, in which human capital explanation of library’s individualized service for 44.7%, higher than other elements of interpretation of the library’s individualized service. Statistical analysis results indicate that interaction between the various elements of intellectual capital, and coordinate with each other, work together on library’s individualized management service.
