With the development of discrete manufacturing industry informatization、automation technology, office automation systems 、 enterprise resource planning systems 、manufacturing execution system, etc. have on-line, which promoted the technology updates 、 production efficiency in the discrete manufacturing, and assisted that decision-makers can be better control production, logistics, etc. But the system module repeatability, diversity makes the complicated operation、information huge, so that makes information redundancy inefficient.In this paper, with discrete manufacturing industry as the application background, on the basis of its domestic and international development status of information, research the application mode of mobile applications. This paper aims to design and implemente a general framework of mobile applications and mobile Fusion Middleware which is suitable for discrete manufacturing existing automated information system. After comparison of various mobile application development platforms and technologies, and giving full play to the handheld device can be moved, high PC performance characteristics. This paper describes the design of general data processing middleware and configuration extended business processing platform groupware to share the burden、reduce the flow cost of mobile phone based on HttpClient and XSL technology. Further, it build a multidimensional data model based on the web data mining technology, which provides decision support applications suitable for discrete manufacturing. The final total solutions for design can be mobile application platform of distributed processing, moderate system integration and integration integrated management decision making which is suitable for discrete manufacturing system.
