As the development of the space laser communication technology and modern information war, laser communication system for a single pick up platform already cannot satisfy the needs of times development. This situation, the author of this paper is designed and successfully developed a suitable for a variety of moving platform environments using laser communication turntable. Turntable is described in detail the main mechanical structure design process; At the same time, in order to make the turntable can better adapt to the dynamic environment, introduces the principle of eliminating the turntable low frequency disturbance and passive vibration isolation system is designed to suppress the influence of high frequency vibration.This article first on the experimental study of laser communication at home and abroad and all kinds of laser communication status quo makes a deep analysis and research; Second, the vibration characteristics of various carrying platform and so on has carried on the detailed analysis, points out the various characteristics of the vibration characteristics of moving platform in the vibration isolation system design provides a strong theoretical basis; Finally, based on the design and analysis of the turntable mechanical structure, pointed out the principle of low frequency disturbances rejection and passive vibration isolation principle and based on the ADAMS vibration analysis module for the design of vibration isolation system vibration simulation analysis, validate the vibration isolation system can satisfy the use requirement of laser communication turntable dynamic moving platform, can effectively isolate the high frequency vibration on the influence of the turntable and meet the requirements of turntable mechanical resonance frequency. In the fifth chapter through the vibration table on the vibration isolation system on the vibration suppression of the practical application of the test, and verifies the correctness and rationality of the system design of vibration reduction.
