The turntable is mainly used for the inertial device testing, its technical condition playsa crucial role in the performance of the inertial devices. Therefore, the turntable system’sresearch has important practical significance.The high-frequency vibration angle turntablemainly used in high performance Inertial Navigation System inertial devices’s vibrationvelocity and vibration angular acceleration testing.The high-frequency vibration angleturntable to make the high frequency signal tracking capability more stronger,and to enhancedanti-jamming capability,to ensure system stability and accuracy,to improve the accuracy ofinertial devices.This article is mainly to design the high-frequency vibration angle turntable’s controlsystem.Firstly, based servo control system of brushless DC motor.The torque ripple has been adominant factor which affects the motor performance, through study of the cause andsuppression method of torque ripple, determined using the method of current hysteretic PWMmethod to inhibit brushless motor torque ripple. Based on the principle of the brushless DCmotor is running to established its mathematical model.Design of brushless DC motor controlstrategies,to achieve a stable operation of the motor.Digital control technology mainly used Integral-Separation and repetitive control isimproved PID algorithm as the core.To used lead correction regulating current loopbandwidth,to achieved system stability and dynamic requirements.According to the simulation and test results,the industrial computer system based onRTX real-time operating system, can satisfy the requirements of real-time controlsystem.Thus, the stability of the turntable control system performance,can achieve thehigh-frequency vibration angle turntable’s control system performance requirements.
