In the wireless communication system, the laser radar and the laser remote sensing, the background light is the main cause of the light noise. It is also the technical bottleneck that limits its range. Polarized laser can overcome the influence of background light effectively, increase the signal to noise ratio and the transmission distance. This is paper described the aerosol light scattering pattern, as well as the changes caused by the scattering and depolarization ratio characteristics.Based on Mie’s scattering theory of spherical particles, the Stokes and Mueller matrices to study scattering vector method and depolarization ratio of change. Based on Monte Carlo methods to simulate the transport of the aerosol particles in the atmosphere, establishing the examples of aerosols on the laser depolarization characteristics test system, testing different aerosol particle number density on the laser depolarization ratio changes. The experiment shows that as the number of the concentration aerosol particles grow, changing the scattering intensity increases, and the depolarization ratio turns into the depolarization natural light at the end.
