With the rapid development of computer technology, internet technology and the technology of Internet of things, domestic logistics industry is experiencing continuous deepening reform and development.As a critical important index in the logistics industry,the warehousing management efficiency has drawn increasing attention. Because of the poor infrastructure of the domestic logistics,backward management level, high labor costs, low level of automation, the intelligent, efficient,real-time warehousing management system and fire alarm and security issues have attracted more people’s attention. For these reasons, building the intelligent warehousing management system is the logistics industry trend. It can not only improve the efficiency of warehousing management, reduce administrative costs, but also promote the development of domestic logistics warehousing management system.On the analysis of the development status of the warehousing management system at home and abroad and the traditional warehousing management system from the technology of Internet of things 、 sensor technology 、 wireless communication technology and modern logistics management technology,this paper designs the intelligent warehousing management system based on Internet of things,which achieves visualization and information of input and output of warehousing goods.As the control center, data processing center and networking hub of intelligent warehouse based on Internet of things, data processing system is a core component of the warehousing management,and the difficulty and focus in entire system design. The main work of this paper is: Embedded linux system migration on the development platform Exynos4412 based on Cortex-A9; on the analysis of the functional requirements of the warehousing management,and by using the linux inter-process communication and multi-threading technology,the paper puts forward the design of overall software architecture of data processing system,focusing on detailed designand implementation of functional modules of data reception, processing, storage and device control,and tests system stability and data transmission correctness.This paper puts forward an improved method for data validation and optimization algorithms to solve the problems of errors and packet loss that the data of Zig Bee module occurs during data transmission,which is the main problems that exist in the warehousing management system.By making many experiment,it has been proved that this method can effectively improve the correct rate of data transmission,and obtain the desired effect. The work of this paper for the intelligence of warehouse management,promotes the information technology,which has a certain practical value.
