With the developing of era, the medical industry is also faced with theinformation requirements changing, from manual to the wired network, from a wirednetwork to a wireless network, to achieve the progressive realization of acomprehensive network of health care systems is the great goal. China’s medicalindustry has most achieved cable networks, but cable networks can’t do real-time,high efficiency, convenience and mobility job. Therefore, it also need to develop asystem based on real-time sharing of medical information of wireless networks toachieve medical staff mobility, including rounds, daily care, sharing of patientinformation in real time queries in order to improve the efficiency of health care, andultimately improve the hospital quality of service.Firstly, we do a detailed analysis and description about the research backgroundof medical information sharing system based WI-FI to clarify the necessity of wirelessmedical information sharing system, in this context, this paper analyzes furthermedical information progress status of research and research-sharing systems. Whilefully grasp the international advanced technology, we obtain research into thedevelopment process of China’s large gaps in this field. At the same time we fullyaware of our own lack of paper. and then do a brief introduction on to medicalinformation sharing system involving theoretical knowledge including Web Servicetechnology, XML technology, WI-FI technology, database, Web security andHL7.from a theoretical based on the analysis of the feasibility of the development ofwireless medical information-sharing system, it lay a solid theoretical foundation forthe follow-up system. Then the author of the medical information sharing system doesa comprehensive analysis of the needs of the individual patient through analysis, requirements analysis hospitals, outpatient system requirements analysis, hospitalsystem requirements analysis, system performance analysis of hospital demand andother aspects of the research. The design of Chapter IV presents the overall situationof the recommendations of the requirements and guidance. This chapter alsosimultaneously organizes structure of the hospital and the hospital’s administrativesystems, the design of the hospital’s administrative systems makes recommendationsaimed at optimizing operational processes institutionally hospital, so the hospital’smobile medical information advantages of shared system reflected the greatest degree.
