| Radio Frequency Identification, referred to as RFID, is an automatic identification technology. The contactless communication between the tag and reader is achieved by means of electromagnetic waves. RFID technology has developed quickly in recent years. It has been widely used in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse management, medical treatment, security and so on.This paper studies the RFID-based access control system. First we study the composition and working principle of RFID systems. Because of the limited computing and storage resources of the systems, there are some security and privacy issues in RFID technology. According to some existing algorithms that aims to solve the security problems, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various security protocols, and programming for Hash-Lock protocol simulation, and propose an improved algorithm based on the Hash-Lock protocol. We analyse the multi-key algorithms applied in RFID system and its security. And propose a brief analysis of the TEA algorithm. This paper designs and implements an access control system solution based on RFID technology, after conducting needs analysis to determine the features of the access control system. Analysising and comparing the performance of various chips and readers, we determine the hardware selections. We completed the hardware design of the system to determine the various modules of communication.Modular design concept is used in the design of software. The software part is divided into four modules, the main program module, initialization module, reader module and door control module. We introduced the work flow of each module, design and implementation, and the preparation of the available PC card reader control and program storage portion of the radio frequency card read and write permissions to control. In addition, we have tested and evaluated the performance of our system. We proposed a secure authentication protocol based on Hash-Lock protocol. And the protocol has been used in the communication of the access control system authentication. We analysed the security of the system used authentication protocol, and compared with other common protocols from five aspects of safety performance. The results of the comparison show that the improved authentication protocol has a highly security. Then further from the system reliability and security aspects of the system analysis and evaluation, through sample tests it can be seen that the present system has a relatively high safety and reliability. |
