In the 21 st century,wireless sensor network technology has been rapidly developed,and it has aroused worldwide attention.Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) is a multi-hop ad hoc network system,which contains a large number of wireless sensor nodes communicated with each other in the detection area.It also has advantages in arrangement and maintenance.In order to meet the demand for environmental perception,the control of network running status and the interconnection between multiple networks,this paper,which based on perception platform,fully integrated wireless sensor network routing technology,has made a breakthrough in optimizing the hardware of perception platform,implementing the mechanism of “sleep-wake up”and improving WSN routing protocol.Finally,implemented a perception platform which has advantages in information collection,information aggregation and controlling the interfaces running status.Speciffically,the main work of this paper includes the following aspects.First,in order to enhance the perception platform’s mobility,on the basis of the first-generation perception platform,this paper has redesigned its hardware,greatly reduced its size.Additional,in order to provide the support of “sleep-wake up”mechanism,this paper implemented a power management module driver for the specific hardware.Next,in order to reduce the overall energy consumption of perception platform,this paper has designed and implemented the mechanism of “sleep-wake up” from general interfaces to GPS,WSN interfaces.At the same time,in order to facilitate review and update the running status of each interface,this paper has also designed and implemented a visual system.Once again,the wireless network,which this paper depend on,has the feature of hierarchy and every node’s destination is the perpection platform.For this hierarchical network,based on Cluster-Tree routing protocol,this paper optimized the routing protocol both on establishing routing and selecting the next hop.On the CC2530 RF chip,this paper has implemented the improved routing protocol by using the TIMAC software package which based on IEEE802.15.4 standard.Finally,after the actual test,it proved that the size of perception platform has been greatly streamline by using hierarchical design method.Power control module driver could be effectively called by each interface.Through the visual system,it could review and update each interface’s running status.Farther,compared with the Cluster-Tree routing protocol,improved routing protocol could cut down the network level when establishing the network and reduce the hops when forwarding datagrams.This paper shows that,based on both the prepection platform which optimized the hardware and the routing protocol which has been improved,could meet the demand of information collection,network control and network connection,it have a broad range of applications and significance.
