Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is a collection of cheap micro-sensors in themonitor area forming a multihop and self-organized wireless network. The featuresof self-adaptive, ruin-resistant, easy deployment and low cost enable WSN toconduct many special applications, such as environment surveillance, smart homingand military application.Routing is one of the key technologies in wireless sensor networks. In WSN theindividual sensor nodes are generally assumed to be static. Some recent applicationsof WSN make use of mobile sensor nodes, which poses some unique challenges toWSN systems researchers. In routing point of view, the conventional routingprotocols for static sensor networks are to be redesigned once introduce mobility. Inthis paper, a Mobility-based Cluster Routing Protocol (MCR) for mobile wirelesssensor network that can meet the mobility requirements was proposed. It includes aMobility based Cluster-head Election Algorithm (MCE) and an AdaptiveLEACH-Mobile Algorithm (ALM).The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1. Detailed description the challenges facing mobile wireless sensor networkstoday and introduce the most popular routing technologies. At the same time, analysis the characteristics of these technologies and their limitations. Then, focuseson several routing algorithm based on node mobility.2. Introduced several mobility models that are used in the simulations of wirelessnetworks. The goal of this is to present a number of mobility models in order to offermore informed choices when performing routing evaluations on mobility scenario inwireless sensor networks.3. This paper analyzes the the main problem of routing protocol in mobilitywireless sensor network, that is, the path breakage due to the movement of mobilenodes. Then, an Adaptive LEACH-Mobile Algorithm (ALM) is proposed toefficiently reconstruct the routing paths.4. A Mobility based Cluster-head Election Algorithm (MCE)is proposed to makesure as much as possible that the cluster heads are from the group of mobile nodeshaving minimum node mobility or they are in group motion with the other clustermembers. It gives full consideration to node mobility and the remaining energy.5. Do simulation experiment and verify the effectiveness of the new routing protocol. Experiments show that MCR can effectively improve network performancein the mobile environment.
